The rental price includes the following:
electricity, gas, hot and cold water, bed linen and bath towels.
No extra charge for final cleaning is made but, in exchange,
clients undertake to leave the flat clean and tidy on departure.

Any enquiries regarding availability, bookings, etc...,
should be sent by
email or by using the form provided

When you make a booking the property will be held for one week,
during which time you should send or transfer your deposit (30% of total rent)
in euros or pounds Sterling to the owner at the address which will be indicated by e-mail.
If the payment is not received within one week, the booking will be considered
null and void.

A holiday rental agreement is not required by French law but you may prefer it.
In this case, kindly print out two copies of the Rental Agreement form below,
complete and sign them both and send them to the owner at the same time as your deposit.

By return of mail, you will receive from the owner a confirmation
of your booking (or one copy of the contract) and the detailed description
of the property, both signed by the owner, and also a plan of the area.
|
|
On your arrival at the accommodation,
the remaining 70% of the rental amount is payable.
