The rental price includes the following: electricity, gas, hot and cold water, bed linen and bath towels. No extra charge for final cleaning is made but, in exchange, clients undertake to leave the house clean and tidy on departure. | |||

Any enquiries regarding availability, bookings, etc..., should be sent by e-mail. | |||

When you make a booking the property will be held for one week, during which time you should send your deposit (30% of total rent) in euros or pounds Sterling either by bank transfer or by cheque. If the payment is not received, the booking will be considered null and void. | |||
|
A holiday rental agreement is not required by French law but you may prefer it. In this case, kindly print out in duplicate the rental agreement below, complete and sign both copies and send them with your deposit. By return of mail, you will receive from the owner a confirmation of your booking (or the contract) as well as the detailed description of the house (see below), both signed by the owner. | |||

On your arrival at the accommodation, the remaining 70% of the rental amount is payable. | |||
